Memories and musings of a Christian mother learning something new every day. I have come to the knowledge of the saving truth of Jesus Christ, the perfect One, and thank Him for the forgiveness of my sin.
Thank-you Angel, yes, it's not too far away. About an hour's drive. This picture doesn't do the actual scene justice. I wish I could have captured it like I saw it......*Sigh*
Hey Debbie, This looks like a truely tranquil place, would love to be sitting on a deck chair relaxing in the sun with a cold drink by my side... Ho hum, its winter here in Sydney, any wonder I am dreaming of warmer climes...
Our WW is up also, please drop in if you have a spare minute or two...
Based on the pictures you live in such a peaceful beautiful area when all of us sweet blogging friends decide to meet someday I say in your area I'll help you with food...hehe or we can do a retreat at my favorite beach and I'll do a tea except we will all have to fly to California.
Beautiful pic and I know exactly what you mean about not being able to capture ALL of God's glorious beauty in a photo, but I've been to places that were quite similar so it kind of brings me back there and I can close my eyes and remember the exquisite beauty and peacefulness of being there... in awe and wonder of such a Great GOD!
I'm just a bit curious about this Wordless Wednesday thing... with so many comments it's not exactly "wordless" now is it??? LOL... Seems to me the WW posts draw MORE words than many other posts... (Just one of my wierd observations, smile!)
I am very much in love with my husband of 23 years. We have three children that are about nine years apart. Each have been divinely planned by our Heavenly Father. I have come to the realization that I am not perfect and that has taken a lot of stress from me! I desire to glorify God in all that I say and do. As it is written in the scriptures, I try to acknowledge him in all my ways so that He will direct my paths.
For God so loved the world that He gave his only begotten son
that whosoever believeth on him should not perish, but have
everlasting life. John 3:16
That if thou shall confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus,
and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised
him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. Romans 10:9
If you don't know him as your personal saviour, won't you pray
this simple prayer,
Lord Jesus, I realize you are the son of God. I ask you to
forgive me of my sins and come into my heart.
It's just that simple. Believe, accept, and receive.
